Governance & Leadership

As described in detail in the ROAC legal texts, it will be managed by a General Assembly and a Board of Directors. To implement this strategic development plan, ROAC will gradually set up, as resources become available, a secretariat, headed by an executive secretary. The organizational structure described below represents the objective that ROAC will strive to achieve once the necessary funds or resources are available a secretariat, headed by an executive secretary. For this, revisions will be made according to changing needs.
